This hallway and staircase in a Victorian terraced house in Bristol was about to be professionally redecorated by Mandala Interior Decorating. The owners hired me for a brief consultation on paint colours. My clients and I held a site discussion for an hour and based on the rest of the house and their answers to various questions, I fired off a load of ideas and we narrowed down which of those appealed to them most and decided on a scheme, that I felt would work and that they were happy with. I followed up with a design presentation showing the ideas in images as closely describing what we were after and where the specific areas and finishes would go.
